Another week in toon town

Good, good morning to us all how are we all this good day. Already been a whole other week since last time if you can believe it. I suppose this week was about as exciting as ever with many fun filled adventures here in the town

We had a pretty calm evening last Monday we had a few lessons they were all pretty chill. On Tuesday we had district council in the morning then we came back to Hereford and we had a few more lessons and talked to a lot of our folks.

Wednesday was pretty good we had service at the senior center in the morning we helped pass out food. It was pretty cold that day so after we did some contacts then came home to see if anyone would answer the phone. One person did who had been taught in the past by missionaries. He said he was actually planning on coming to church this week funny enough we had a good little lesson with him. Ended up texting saying he wasn't gonna be able to pull up to church Sunday morning but that's ok. We had a few lessons that evening one of them was with someone who was scheduled for baptism that week but wasn't quite ready so we rescheduled it for the beginning of May so hopefully that will work out.

On Thursday morning we did more service, then later we had a lesson with a member then we had some other lessons as well. Then that evening we got a call from the elders in my last area in Midland who said that one of the people we were teaching who’s been coming to church but works out of town and is sometimes there for a week and a half, well it just turns out that the place he works at is a town not too far from Hereford in our area, so they said he was wanting to pull up to church here so they gave us his number and we gave him all the info

Friday wasn’t a super crazy day, in the morning we visited a member who's in the assisted living home we had a lesson. Then that afternoon we taught a few more people, and in the evening we had dinner with some members and one of our friends pulled up and so we had dinner with them and had a lesson.

On Saturday we went out to one of the outlying towns we cover and visited some people over there and had a blast. We came back to Hereford later and invited a bunch of people to church you know how that goes. Then on Sunday we had church my man Hernan from Midland pulled up with his buddy, even though it's an English branch we do a Spanish translation for the people who just speak Spanish also we gave talks mine was in Spanish so hopefully there was enough Spanish sprinkled in there for them. We had a class for 2nd hour for the Spanish folks as well and had a blast there, then for the rest of the day it was a pretty calm day.

And there's the week for you I didn't think the email would be that long but I guess if you made it to this point congratulations. Well see what fun filled events come our way this week. See you later

It is well

Goood morning gentlemen and ladies. I suppose a letter is due seeing that this is in fact my last week in the mission field. It's been pretty awesome being out here and definitely the best decision I ever made up until now—is serving a mission. I don't really got too many profound spiritual things to say here so might as well give a little recap.  It's been really great being here in Hobbs and all the other areas meeting all the people specifically the Spanish ones. This last week we met with lots of cool people and taught them. On Monday we met with our friend Mario who's on baptismal date and he's doing well. We talked about the plan of salvation and he said an epic prayer at the end. We also met with 2 other people were teaching who are doing really well and we talked with them about baptism. Tuesday was also good we had a lesson in the afternoon and then English class and some other lessons and stuff On Wednesday we had an exchange with the other elders here in ...
