  Today is zone p-day in Lubbock and let me make it clear to all of you that I do not think it's worth it to drive 2 hours from Clovis to a random church building in Lubbock unless zone conference is the next day. Anyway good morning. This week was a somewhat normal week. We had zone conference at the beginning of the week so you know, yay, we get to drive back again this week 🥳 super exiting. But on the good side we did get a truck last week. They has us switch in our Rouge for a Frontier so thats pretty awesome. I've never driven a truck before really so it's cool to be able to now. That with interviews after basically took up the whole day. The next day was Wednesday as per usual. The first part of the day we just tried to knock on the doors of our people. We weren't having much success so we went to ice cream club and that fixed it. After that we had two good lessons and we taught the restoration in both. Good morning folks. Welcome back to the semi weekly email. These past two or so weeks were mildly interesting so I'll try and tell you the main details. The Saturday just after transfers happened something kind of cool happened. We were knocking on doors in this trailer park type neighborhood that one of our folks lives in and we had like 10 minutes before our last appointment so we were just like oh well knock like 2 more doors and the last one we went to some dude opened his door and was like "hey elders" and it kinda took us by surprise and we started talking to him and it turns out he was just a really inactive member but the cool thing was that he pulled out a full use temple recommend that was from the year 2000 and he kept it all this time. He said he was ready to come back to church and we were able to get his membership record from the expired temple recommend he had all this time. We came back with our branch president and he gave him a blessing and it was all p...

The subject of the email likely has nothing to do with what I'll end up writing but that's just kind of how it is, I don't make the rules here. Good morning. It’s a Thursday p-day once more cuz of the big moving day tomorrow. Can't say I'm too big of a fan of the whole preparation day being in the middle of the week type deal if were being brutally honest with each other. Guess the folks in Lubbock are tryin to give this day to those who need to put all their stuff in their suitcases and get all ready for the following day.  Speaking of transfers it's a big change happening. Only one companionship doesn't have a change in the entire zone which is a lot of missionaries. I should say that i will ultimately be staying in Clovis for another 6 weeks but ill have a new companion living with for the time.  The missionary work has still been goin.
