Costco

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Happy 26th of February I suppose. I guess if I can recount the slightly more notable events of the week (not that any event is particularly notable) I'll proceed to do so.  At the beginning of this week we drove over to Lubbock for a zone p-day and then zone conference the next day. It was neat to be over there definitely the highlight of the trip was the food from Costco referenced to in the subject of the email. I've been going through Costco pizza withdrawals sense leaving home especially because of the frightening disappointment experienced in Mexico so naturally the slice was ever more rewarding. Also I feel privileged because the Lubbock Costco is the only location in the mission. After lunch we spent the rest of the day in Lubbock and stayed at the zone leaders apartment because we needed to be at zone conference the following morning. Zone conference was just a long meeting to be expected which went until decently far into the afternoo...

I'm Only Sleeping

Good morning folks, happy Feb. 12. I'm kind of a veteran missionary now I've been on a mission for over 3 months. Anyway enough about me. We had a pretty good snowstorm this weekend church was canceled because of it so you know massive W (just kidding it's a joke I love the Spanish branch). We did sacrament with us, the other elders, and someone in the first ward. We were at the church to see if anyone they invited would show up. We kinda hosted our own church just in the foyer it was pretty good. Speaking of yesterday we were also gonna go to a Bible study at a Baptist church that we were invited to on Friday but unfortunately that wasn't able to happen this week. We'll go another week. Speaking of Friday ,we went to do our service at retirement ranch as usual and the lady who usually does the Bible study there is the one who invited us. We shared a little scripture thought and had lunch over there. Also the garbage disposal at the apartment got fixed actually a ma...

Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen

Monday again At the beginning of the week we were on companion exchanges with the 1st ward elders and this time I was left in the Spanish area but good thing we found plenty of things that we could both do. I made hamburgers on Tuesday for dinner also. That evening the other elders visited this old man for a while but we will get to that later.  In the morning on Wednesday we had apartment checks I didn't really know those were a thing but two of the seniors just came over and told us what's not clean enough about the place. We also did our service in that day and had a dinner on the air base. On Thursday we helped at the food bank I like going there we just bring food to people's cars for a few hours but it's a good thing the folks that help out and work there are pretty nice and stuff. We had a pretty normal day that day I'd say wow that rhymed. Friday morning was a little bit more eventful. In the morning we went to retirement ranch and had Bible study there. Bot...
