Your Weekly Mormon Message

Well good morning, it certainly is, how are we all doing today? I hope we all had a wonderful week with plenty of joyful excitement. This week over here was somewhat normal had a few lessons and service and meetings but it was good.

On Monday we helped do some service for someone who needed help on their yard and we had a lesson over the phone, pretty calm though. Tuesday we had a pretty good day we had exchanges that day with the elders in Canyon so I was up here with one of them we knocked a street in town and it went real well. We met some cool interested and interesting people who wanted to meet again and we also knocked into someone the elders had been teaching a lot right before I got here named Jose—who we called so many times and never answered—but then we just randomly knocked on his door and he was super cool and we had a lesson with him so that was pretty cool we set up to meet with him again this week. Also we knocked into a less active member and then we came back that evening and talked about Church and the Book of Mormon with her and her son it was good pretty good day overall.

Then we had Wednesday it was a little more calm in the afternoon we knocked some more doors and met some more people who weren't quite as nice but some were kind of cool. We did some service with our branch president and a few members for a member in our branch with air conditioner things and dirt then after that we had a lesson with Roque who got baptized not too long ago told him about General Conference.

On Thursday we had some lessons as well one with Irena who's been coming to church, she's real cool, we’re just wanting her to get baptized hopefully she decides that she does as well. We kinda went all over for lessons, we stopped by our friends Adolph and Andrew who are cool—talked about General Conference with them

We had zone conference on Friday which is always really long and takes up a big part of the day especially with how far it is but it was good learned a lot then we came back and had like a lesson. Then the next day we watched General Conference it was real good we had kind of a long lesson between the afternoon and evening session which went absolutely nowhere but that's all good. Then Sunday was a similar deal good visits after all that fun stuff.

So yeah good week and all should be another awesome one next week guess you'll just have to stay tuned.

American Day

Goood morning, how's it going on this bright summer morning? This week other than the holiday was pretty normal so this email won't be too long.  Monday we had a regular p day and some lessons in the evening. On Tuesday we had zone conference all the way in Lubbock so that took most of the day as well as English  class. On Wednesday we did an exchange with the other elders here in town it was just for the day but it went good we had some really cool lessons with some of the people we just started teaching not too long ago one of them was at the church with our branch president there as well. We also knocked into some people who invited us in and gave us a Mexican treat it was like an ice cream cone lookin thing filled with Carmel and a pecan or something it was kinda good. On Thursday we had a pretty normal day it rained super hard in the morning. The Wild East

 Goood morning how are all of us today? Here we are again another week to write another letter. This week was somewhat eventful so here's a brief explanation for some of the events.  On Monday evening some other missionaries came into town to a mini exchange here in Hobbs but we were both working in our area. We knocked doors the whole evening and met some interesting people. Tuesday was pretty normal, we had district council then did our singing service then later in the day we went and did English class. After that we visited some members who are pretty cool then we had a lesson with someone who we just started teaching again. Wednesday was pretty long we mostly just knocked the whole day and visited some people we also visited another member and had a short message with them. On Thursday we had a couple more lessons which was good. It is well

Goood morning gentlemen and ladies. I suppose a letter is due seeing that this is in fact my last week in the mission field. It's been pretty awesome being out here and definitely the best decision I ever made up until now—is serving a mission. I don't really got too many profound spiritual things to say here so might as well give a little recap.  It's been really great being here in Hobbs and all the other areas meeting all the people specifically the Spanish ones. This last week we met with lots of cool people and taught them. On Monday we met with our friend Mario who's on baptismal date and he's doing well. We talked about the plan of salvation and he said an epic prayer at the end. We also met with 2 other people were teaching who are doing really well and we talked with them about baptism.
