Brand New Mexico

 Good morning everyone welcome back to the enchanting land of New Mexico — how are we all doing? This week we had transfers so everyone got switched up and I found myself over here.

This week started on Monday we had a few visits and said bye to some members, then we went and visited someone whose been taught for years and his fam and they fed us tostadas and soup so that was pretty sick.

On Tuesday we had a similar day we went down to Canyon in the morning then we came back up and visited our recent converts and I packed up to move.

Then Wednesday was moving day we drove up pretty early to Lubbock then I came down from there to Hobbs and got settled in by the afternoon. It seems like a good town, kinda big compared to some of the other towns I've been in, maybe just a little bigger than Clovis. There's a lot of Spanish here probably a bit more than in Hereford. On Wednesday evening we visited some people and members we have.

Thursday was the first full day we knocked doors and also had a lesson with someone referred to us from a member. Then in the evening we went up to a town called Lovington which is kind of big for not having a branch or anything. We had a lesson with someone referred to us and my man can sure talk, but it was good. Also there was a Maverick in town so we stopped there of course.

On Friday I went back up to Lubbock for a long meeting which took up most of the morning and afternoon, it was good though. When I got back we did some visits and called a lot of people. On Saturday we grinded out finding and church invites. We went down in the afternoon to the Walmart parking lot to find people for just over an hour it was pretty hot but we talked to lots of people. Then we had dinner with some members and then we went out with one of the members and knocked doors for a while we met a cool guy so it was good. Then we came back and called a bunch more people

Then we had church on Sunday. Good meeting. It's harder to follow along in Spanish but it's OK. We had a member bring one of the people referred to us to church. After church we had some studies and we planned for the week and that was about all.

But that's about it good week in all well see how it all goes in Hobbs I guess we'll be finding out.

American Day

Goood morning, how's it going on this bright summer morning? This week other than the holiday was pretty normal so this email won't be too long.  Monday we had a regular p day and some lessons in the evening. On Tuesday we had zone conference all the way in Lubbock so that took most of the day as well as English  class. On Wednesday we did an exchange with the other elders here in town it was just for the day but it went good we had some really cool lessons with some of the people we just started teaching not too long ago one of them was at the church with our branch president there as well. We also knocked into some people who invited us in and gave us a Mexican treat it was like an ice cream cone lookin thing filled with Carmel and a pecan or something it was kinda good. On Thursday we had a pretty normal day it rained super hard in the morning. The Wild East

 Goood morning how are all of us today? Here we are again another week to write another letter. This week was somewhat eventful so here's a brief explanation for some of the events.  On Monday evening some other missionaries came into town to a mini exchange here in Hobbs but we were both working in our area. We knocked doors the whole evening and met some interesting people. Tuesday was pretty normal, we had district council then did our singing service then later in the day we went and did English class. After that we visited some members who are pretty cool then we had a lesson with someone who we just started teaching again. Wednesday was pretty long we mostly just knocked the whole day and visited some people we also visited another member and had a short message with them. On Thursday we had a couple more lessons which was good. It is well

Goood morning gentlemen and ladies. I suppose a letter is due seeing that this is in fact my last week in the mission field. It's been pretty awesome being out here and definitely the best decision I ever made up until now—is serving a mission. I don't really got too many profound spiritual things to say here so might as well give a little recap.  It's been really great being here in Hobbs and all the other areas meeting all the people specifically the Spanish ones. This last week we met with lots of cool people and taught them. On Monday we met with our friend Mario who's on baptismal date and he's doing well. We talked about the plan of salvation and he said an epic prayer at the end. We also met with 2 other people were teaching who are doing really well and we talked with them about baptism.
